| During the planned economy period, university graduates'regional migration is made by the allocation of the organization. Now, millions of university graduates make regional migration by themselves, which rely mainly on the labor market. Studies have shown that lots of university graduates flowed to east-coast cities. This is inspiration to this study that there is an invisible "pull" to attract large numbers of university graduates to these cities. Therefore, this study names the "pull" as "regional talent attraction", and research on the factors of university graduates employment regional migration from the "regional talent attraction" research perspectives.This study summarizes the theory and research literature related to the theme. And research on factors of Chinese university graduates employment regional migration by Empirical Research Methods from the "regional talent attraction" research perspectives. This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the research background, purpose and significance, research methods and innovation points.The second part is the literature review, which is primarily for labor migration theories and factors affecting the employment, as well as the review of regional talent attraction.The third part describes the main design model, research variables and research data sources.The fourth part is the research and analysis part. By the regression analysis about factors of regional talent attraction and regional attractiveness of the graduates, we can find that graduate income levels, the number of firms and regional eco-environment have a good explanatory power.The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations section. First, the study concludes that the mid-west cities have the same ability to attract talent, compared with the east cities. Secondly, the study really shows that the attractiveness of regional talent form a "pull", which affects the employment regional migration of university graduates. Moreover, the study further notes that the important factors are graduate income levels, the number of firm and regional eco-environment have a good explanatory power. |
