| OBJECTIVE:Studied the competitive sports training model at home and abroad, to conduct an objective analysis of sports talents in training, to explore the grass-roots sports talents in our training model. Specific to competitive sports performance training model, formation, goals, constitute a factor in specialized study and research foundation, outlined Yuhuan County Sports Training Mode chart summarizes the model with the features. For a similar county-level sports training institutions to train personnel system reform provide a basis for reference.METHODS:This study utilized research methods literature, questionnaire survey method, interviews, case law and mathematical statistics.
