In the process of child peer conflict, a basic and common relation is conflict, and the process of conflict resolution is also a natural course for the child to learn about social interactions. Rational use of conflict contribute to children's social development .As child peer conflict under the education context needs the teacher's interference, Intervention of teachers on the child peer conflict whether it is appropriate is the key. Therefore, the main methods of study include non-participant observation, questionnaire, formal and informal interviews and other research methods in this paper. On the basis of defining the conflict, child peer conflict and intervention, First, this paper conducts a survey and analysis of statistical data about Current situation of teachers'intervention in the resolution of child peer conflict (choices of intervention timing, attitudes toward intervention, intervention initiative, methods of intervention type, statistics of intervention frequency, the intervention effects); Following, it conducts a survey and analysis of statistical data about cognition of intervention and evaluation of teachers'intervention in the resolution of child peer conflict; Then, it analyzed objective and subjective factors of the impact of teachers'intervention in resolution of child- peer conflict ; Finally, the article shows the conclusions of the study, and it proposes some development proposals on how to improve the level and effect of intervention.
