The interrogative mood is main method of enforcing and constructing discourse. The research object of paper is the question of middle school Chinese classroom discourse,mainly through the distribution of various types of questions on the classroom discourse and the investigation in turn, topic and discourse structure mode1.Research shows that question is how to construct reveals the classroom discourse,and how to shape of teachers and students in classroom discourse role.This paper will be divided into three chapters:Theory and method, Text analysis, Problems and discussions.The first chapter is theory and method. This paper mainly introduces discourse views of critical discourse analysis, systemic functional theory, turn theory and topic theory of conversation theory, discourse structure model theory of Birmingham school.The second chapter is text analysis. This chapter firstly classify question of classroom discourse into wh-question, yes-no question, alternative question, A-not-A question, rhetorical question and so on.Then the paper analysis the question of classroom discourse in turn, topic, discourse structure model. Lastly, the paper investigate the distribution and function of question.The third chapter is problems and discussions. In this chapter, based on the analysis of the text analysis on the distribution features and functions of question,the paper discuss these problems from the viewpoint of pedagogy, psychology and sociology.Finally, this study make suggestions on the Chinese teaching of middle school, and points out limitations and insufficient of study.
