In June 1994 UNESCO organized the World Conference on Special Needs Education:Access and Quality, held in Salamanca, Spain. The Conference adopted the Salamanca Statement, which put forward a brand new educational norm and process——inclusive education, which opposed discrimination and rejection, accommodated all students, improved their positive participation and cooperation, and met demands of different students' requirement. Its growth and development was based on special education, as well as the equality and justice is the core of its spirit. Recently, inclusive education has been approved and accepted all over the world, and put it into practice.Sweden is the largest country in the Northern Europe, with developed industry and prosperous economy. Sweden is characteristic of high welfare, booming income and high taxes, formed the system of social security from the cradle to the grave. Sweden'education experienced democratization, and inclusive education had bourgeoned and perfected gradually. China's learning in regular classroom has gone through more than 20 years, which set the stage for inclusive education in China. Except that, there are a host of confusion and deficiency in theory and practice respectively. Therefore, the thesis aims to,combined with Chinese practical situation, probe Sweden's inclusive education and give inspiration for our own's deeply.The graduation thesis covers five elements. First, introduction explains the purpose of the graduation thesis, generalizes the China and foreign countries' literature cites. The first chapter is about logos's paraphrase, which involves the inclusive education's definition, its connotation and value orientation. The second chapter is background, presenting the system of Swedish social security and the democratization of its education, especially concrete historic affairs. The third chapter is the subject, provding Swedish concrete measures on inclusive education and three cases. The final chapter is reflection, stating the current situation of learning in regular classroom in China,and considering its future.
