Burn-out is a sub-healthy psychological term for the modern people suffering from long-term pressure. According to analysis, teacher's burn-out problem has been a serious one which not only influences individual but also educational industry of our whole nation. As we are at a historic moment of New Curriculum Reformation, the professionalization of teacher becomes a critical task, teacher's burn-out have influenced teacher's professionalization. Hence, getting to know the burn-out reason and characteristics, and helping teachers to relieve and cast it off is an urgent one to deal with. This article is divided into five parts on such a topic.Chaptersâ… , preface. Elaborate background, significance, purpose, scope of the study, research methods and technical directions. Based on "burn-out" and other relative concepts, it systemizing the present study to fix the correct location and proving the research necessity on Chinese teacher's burn-out problem.Chapterâ…¡, theoretical basis. From the burn-out basic theory, cultural theory, teacher professional development theory and Chinese pedagogy theory, this article discusses the relevant theoretical basis of this study in four theoretical point of view mentioned above.Chapterâ…¢, current investigation and analysis of cause. Through the study, hypothesis, research tools and program, such four areas of interpretation, this chapter describes the design and implementation of the investigate; Based on the quantitative study of Chinese teacher's current status in 14 middle schools, and combined with interviews with three teachers, this paper illustrates Chinese teacher's burn-out characteristics in secondary school, Chinese teacher in middle school have burn-out, low achievement is the most high, different sex and age, different burr-out; and it also illustrates the causes of such a problem from society, occupation, subject, organization and individual, thirty factors such as society evaluation, composition teaching,nature and so on influence teacher's burn-out.Chapter IV, the countermeasure. According to the burn-out causes and characteristics of Chinese teachers in middle school, for the society, the school and the individual, this article gives twelve advices from the external environment and individual teacher's point of view, including giving more society support, changing strong management of school, reading in order to promote oneself and so on, to alleviate or prevent the vocational burn-out problem which impacts the Chinese teacher in middle school.
