| In recent years, all circles have paid more and more attention to the safety of primary school. As a result of the constant exposure of school's accidents, the whole society is enveloped by an air of horror. Only children, like fragile flowers, grow in the soil of primary school. All these push the management of primary school sink into tension and high pressure, and the primary school's own view of safety management are alien to their psyche. Therefore, the safety management in primary schools, resulting in the pursuit of absolute security and unworthy of captive phenomenon.This text chooses 5 primary schools in H section, the city of S, as objects of investigation. The author has done the earlier visit; has observed, drew the data and interviewed relevant people. At last, the author chooses one of them, which are typical, G School as the important object. Be dead against the current condition of safety management of primary schools, the author have done the survey for a year with the frequency of once a week.Via the survey, the author finds that confining system exists in different levels. Be based upon this the author thoroughly studies the confinement system. Firstly, linked to the true examples in the confinement system and by way of revising the spot, the author carefully dissect the phenomenon. Secondly, from two angles of school and students, dissect the disadvantages of it. Thirdly, foothold in primary schools, from the following aspects such as external pressure, alienation of safety management concept and management of psychological and so on to analyze the course of this fact. Eventually, based on all the above analysis, the author analyzes the countermeasure from the aspect that primary school itself changes the opinion, psyche and practice of management. |
