To enter into a university is an important thing in adolescence.It not only means that the individual from a school into another school,it is the individual changes from dependence to independence also.The relationship between individual and social environment is fully changed because of the changes above.For example:the contents of learning are more widely and the manner in learning is affected by individual self-monitoring and guidance; When they leave away their family, deviate from parental supervision, they lost their loved ones'protection immediately. When they deviate from the old interpersonal relationships, they need to rebuild the network and so on. In this study, empirical research is used to investigate Taiyuan college students' learning adaptability, and to analyze the influence factors of learning adaptability of the students.According to the research results,develop appropriate interventional programs to improve students'learning adaptability.This study used questionnaire survey and experiment method. The research tool is"Students learning adaptation" questionnaire. The study investigated 490 students at three different professional grades in two colleges in Taiyuan. To extract two lower classes of adaptive learning seperately as experimental class and control class.Experimental class conducted group counseling once a week, five times,10 hours in total.All data in this study are used SPSS 11.5 for windows,and Excel 2003 statistical software.The conclusions of this research are as follows:(1)College students'learning adaptability is better than average.(2)College students'learning adaptability has gender difference. Learning adaptability of girls is significantly higher than boys;In motivation, learning attitude and teaching, girls'score are significantly higher than boys. (3)College students'learning adaptability has grade and major difference. In learning adaptability and five dimensions,freshman's score are significantly higher than sophomores',junior's score are significantly higher than sophomores'.Arts students score lower than engineers.(4)In grade, gender, whether the child or not, there is no significant interaction in college students.(5)The experimental group's and control group's post-test have significant differences.Compared with before intervention, the experimental group are tested in the study have been significantly improved adaptability, while the control group have no significant changes.(6)Intervention program developed in this study effectively improved the adaptability of the students, and it has a potential market value.
