In recent years, Baotou Kun district education bureau has launched the research activity of effective teaching and efficient classroom, aiming at promoting effective teaching and building efficient classroom. Therefore, an in-depth study of teachers'teaching behaviors and students'studying behaviors in geography classroom is needed. The Geography Bi-action and Double-plan Teaching Model is the one that can solve the problem, which is presided over researching by professor Xu Baofang from Inner Mongolia Normal University. Years'geography teaching has proved that the model can overcome the disadvantages in traditional teaching model. It not only emphasizes the student's learning process and ensure the student's dominant position in learning but also value the teacher's teaching process and show the teacher's leading position in teaching ;not only stress the effect of studying plan but never ignore the function of the teaching design plans as well. Thus, it is a scientific and efficient teaching model of junior middle school geography classroom. In order to adapt to the new round of curriculum reform, the author implements the model in his geography teaching in Baotou Number 9 Steel and Iron Middle School, where the author works. The subject, the design of eighth- grade geography learning plan and the research of implementation strategy, is fixed in this situation. The subject belongs to application research, whose researching approaches include: document researching approach, questionnaire survey approach, experiment approach, interview approach etc. The design should adhere to five principles: goal optimization principle, problem principle, approach principle, diagram principle, and participation principle. the basic strategy of the design of learning objectives:First, the design of objectives should be comprehensive, different levels, targeted, incentive, specific, operational and creative.Second, the design of objectives should be based on the theory of the teaching design and the types of learning objectives should be determined according to the Learning Objectives Classification Theory.Third, the content of objectives is fixed according to the students'life experience and the gap between the elementary skills, like basic knowledge, and ultimate goal. Fourth, the statement of the learning objectives should be organized and written carefully.the basic strategy of question design:the following aspects should be paid attention to: foundation, science, circumstances, activity of questions, opennessthe basic strategy of learning methods:First, clear the phased-level content system of learning advising method.Second, be good at finding the learning point of the textbook.Third, strengthen the learning method advising by five-step learning strategy the basic strategy of assignment design:Assignment should adhere to the following principles: learn as much as possible from the easy questions, finish the difficult exercises in easy ways, redo the wrong exercises and never do the tricky exercises.the implementation of the eighth-grade learning plan has the five following strategies:phased-teaching strategy, testing to promote study strategy, using consistently strategy, reflection timely strategy and plans-based teaching strategy.
