The eternal pursuit of happiness as the goal of mankind, has drawn increasing attention. In-service teachers to understand the sense of subjective well-being status and influencing factors, the research and design a questionnaire and interviews, Weifang City and its surrounding areas for more than 500 teachers were interviewed in the survey, by teachers in the survey of subjective well-being analysis, concluded that:At present, in the sense of subjective well-being of teachers was the mid to upper level, but also identified the impact of subjective well-being of teachers of the factors: gender, age, marital status, job title, educational level, specific Performance in:1. Gender impact in the sense of subjective well-being of teachers, female teachers in all aspects of subjective well-being generally higher than male teachers, particularly in the teaching process and salary there are significant differences.2. In comparison on the marital status, unmarried in the sense of subjective well-being of teachers in higher than the married teachers, especially in the course of the study area were significantly higher than for married teachers.3. Age teachers affect many aspects of subjective well-being, compared with other age groups of teachers ages 30 to-40-year-old teacher a sense of subjective well-being the highest, the lowest for more than 51 years of age.4. Education is also in-service teachers a sense of subjective well-being factors, teachers in tertiary education in all aspects of subjective well-being slightly higher than the other qualifications of teachers.5. Teachers title, the teaching profession, salary, teaching age and other factors were also affected to varying degrees in the sense of subjective well-being of teachers.To enhance the sense of subjective well-being of teachers, this article from the individual teachers, schools, the community raised the level of these three highly targeted responses or suggestions to enhance all aspects of the sense of subjective well-being of teachers.
