In this study, the students in Changchun Normal University whose majors are Physical Education(PE) and Social Physical Education(Social PE) studied in Martial Arts were selected as the research objects, through the psychology pre-test before the competition of two groups of students in the as a research content, exploring different mental training before the game impact of competition results of students major in PE. Previous studies have shown that mental training before the game play a vital role during the competition. Mental training before the race can adjust students'anxiety, depression and tension in pre-race. In this study, the psychological diathesis problems of the PE students in Changchun Normal University were address by the investigation of the influence of the student'psychology, as well as the experimentation of the student s'pre-race metal preparation, in-race mental preparation and Play state in the game.The investigation was carried on a mental testing of the psychology of the student before and after the competition by questionnaire. According to the Major, the students were divided into two groups, the PE-Martial Art students were the test group and the Social PE-Martial students were control group. Two groups of students were basically shared the same psychological state and training times per week. The test was last 18 weeks and the test structure was studied by comparing the result of the competition of the two different groups. The metal health questionnaire survey was carried on before and after the competition for twice.The results showed that different mental training have a certain influence on psychology of the students studying martial arts. The PE-Martial Art students had different degree of change after the mental training. And the PE-Martial Art students had a clearer improvement than the Social PE-Martial Art student on psychology.This study was based on the experiment. It has discussed the pre-race mental training for the competition effects of the final results, indicating that the importance of psychological training to improve athletic performance. It provides appropriate reference for the non-professional students in PE Colleges to improve their performance.
