Vocational training in physical education industry is an important part of the sport Vocational qualification certificate system construction. The quality of vocational training directly affects the skill assessment results, and thereby affecting the authority of the vocational qualification certificate.This study focuses on vocational training system in physical education industry in China and British, adopting the methods of literature consultation, comparative research method, logical analysis and expert interviews, making a comparison of vocational training system between China and British in the following aspects: organization and management systems, security system, operation system and the quality assessment system.At present, China's vocational training system in physical education industry is not perfect, it mainly shows in the following aspects: the policies and regulations of training are not perfect, it did not form a comprehensive vocational training and management system; vocational training way is too few, the social forces has not been fully utilized; training method is single, there are certain deficiencies in training Content, they tend to highlight theory, but neglect skills. They tightness between training objectives with content and the market demand in the sports industry is not high; assessment method is not scientific, student quality is difficult to guarantee. These problems made us realize that learning the advanced experience from British is necessary in developing China's vocational training in physical education industry.British is one of the earliest countries in carrying vocational training. After a long period of practice, they have formed a relatively perfect vocational training and management systems in sports industry. The British Government emphasized the extensive cooperation with society. They make social forces into the national sports development strategies. They are a typical representative in developing sports relies on social forces. They often use a variety of flexible training and assessment methods and emphasize theoretical knowledge and practical skills training in the course of vocational training, so that the trained staff can adapt quickly to work. For the identification and assessment skills, they use the methods of on-site observation and practical evaluation, focus on checking the candidates understanding and use of knowledge.China's vocational training in sports industry has only just begun, the experience in all aspects is not mature. In order to avoid detours, we learn the advanced experience from British is particularly important.This study will give some suggestions for our current vocational training in physical education industry: To establish and improve the regulations and rules for vocational training, strengthen the Government's policy support; To promote the diversity of training institutions, expanding actively the variety of training channels; To diversify training methods; To balance better between theoretical knowledge and practical skills training, try to establish an employment-oriented vocational training objectives; To adopt more flexible assessment methods to assess the training result.
