At present, the globalization through the whole world presents in the eyes of the world in an accelerating trend. However, globalization is not an abstract concept which exists. But as objective a fact which involves socio-economic, political, cultural and other fields presents before people. Globalization has an important effect on all sectors of society; it has aroused people's extensive attention.Globalization also has a significant impact on moral education in China, it has brought unprecedented new concepts, new ideas as well for us to think, it is content creation for our moral education which has provided a new environment, new perspective, but also the content of moral education innovations proposed new requirements.In order to cultivate students to adapt to global moral quality, and reduce or avoid the negative effects on the development of moral quality of students, the moral content in China must be continuously reformed and innovated. In the context of globalization, new content should be added to the moral education in China, besides the reform and perfection. These elements are: first, the education of the concept of human rights. Human rights education has become a common trend in the international arena. In the context of globalization, a few Western countries interfere in the affairs about other countries, carry out double standards on human rights. Human rights education can expose the attempts that the Western countries use human rights to interfere in affairs of other countries and to improve students'ability to judge on international issues in order form the ability of safeguarding national sovereignty and individual human rights. Second, the environmental moral education. In the context of globalization, environmental problems become increasingly serious and environmental problem has attracted a growing number of people to concern about the environmental and moral education of students. Moral education must be strengthened by environmental ethics education. Environmental and moral education is to enable students to have environmental protection awareness, attitudes, get the knowledge and skills of protection for environment to form the habits and behaviors of care for the environment. Third, global awareness education. Globalization requires people in the world with a global awareness; global awareness-building should become an important part of moral education. Global awareness includes the whole awareness of human, human symbiotic consciousness, awareness of common development of mankind. Fourth, the international understanding education. Globalization has expanded the scope of people's contacts, the content of exchange is widening increasingly and the chief of exchanges becomes more numerous. Therefore, to understand each other becomes increasingly important. Without understanding, state to state, national and ethnic, inter-personal interaction will encounter great obstacles. Therefore, we must strengthen the moral education of international understanding ,so that students can learn and understand the history, current status and feature of moral culture of other countries, on the basis of identity of the cultures, understanding, knowledge and moral and also learn the same and different points of moral cultural for different countries and can be tolerant to treatment of other countries, cultures and people's way of life, to cultivate the quality of care for common development of mankind. Fifth, the peace education. Peace is the basic condition for human happiness it is also the expectancy of harmony between nation and nation, ethic to ethic, and people to people. Globalization needs peace, human development needs peace, therefore, when we do the moral education we must pay attention to peace education, too.
