Economic globalization is the irreversible tide of the world. College students' ideological and moral accomplishment in economic globalization also has been challenged. A lot of new thoughts and ideas come into being. Some of them are positive, while some others are rotten. This brings a new topic to the moral education in colleges and universities. Moral education is not compulsive but persuasive. That is to say under the guidance of the moral education in colleges and universities, teachers persuade their students, affect their thoughts, and thus change their attitudes and behaviors in proper ways.At last students can conduct self-education and self-improvement.Teachers are the dominant factors of the moral education in colleges and universities.Their persuasion is partly decisive for the students' ideological and moral level.Under the background of economic globalization, the ascension of college moral persuasion mainly depends on teachers' quality and how familiar the teachers are with their students. Also it depends on whether the persuasion content is reasonable and the way of persuasion is scientific. And it depends on whether persuasion media is used properly, whether the impact of the persuasion environment is taken into consideration. Therefore, this context starts from the significance of promoting the moral persuasion in colleges and universities under the background of economic globalization, analyzing the existent problems and causes about the college moral persuasion. And finally it comes up with some suggestions on promoting the moral persuasion in colleges and universities. It aims to play a theoretically constructive role in enhancing the persuasion in colleges.
