Teaching environment as a key factor the teaching practice relies on catches more and more academic attention because of its function in teaching practice. Following the development of the social productivity and technology, and the gradual improvement of school condition, the dramatic increase of the information,the teaching environment becomes very complicated in modern society and its influence on teaching act and on the development of students'body and mind seems to be more and more obvious. The teaching environment is always exerting an unconscious influence on students. By studying a great deal of materials on this topic,the writer of this thesis finds that at present the domestic and foreign study of teaching environment still focuses its influence on academic scores and makes the degree of influence of an individual factor in the teaching environment on students as the study focus. All-round and systematic studies are far from being enough. Sports teaching environment is a key factor in sports teaching and environment is open,so sports teaching environment has a more direct and obvious influence on students'study of professional skills,thus it is more important.The thesis explains layer by layer the importance of environment, teaching environment,sports teaching environment and track and field teaching environment in people's life,teaching, sports teaching,track and field teaching. It analyzes the status quo that teaching, particularly sports teaching is facing. Based on the knowledge of available studies on teaching environment,sports teaching environment and track and field teaching environment,and their influence on teaching effects , the writer will analyze the track and field teaching environment's influence on track and field skills teaching,on the purpose of making a theoretic and practical reference for further study on this field.On the basis of collecting materials extensively,and exploring the present condition attentively , the writer designs a questionnaire about teaching environment's influence on track and field teaching,applying the open questions and enclosed questions. The writer also make a questionnaire survey to thirteen teachers of Sports School of Guangxi Normal University (including 4 professors, 3 associate professors,3 instructors and 3 teaching assistants) and 120 students majoring in sports teaching and practice. This paper makes the 46 level-3 norms in the questionnaire as the study objective, and uses SPSS 10.0 to make a factor analysis on the statistics. The paper also applies for document method,expert interview method, Numeral Statistic method and logic analysis method and questionnaire survey method to analyze and explore the influence of physical and social psychological environment in teaching on students'study of professional skills. The result shows that⑴the influence of teaching environment on track-and-field major students'study of professional skills should, according to their contribution rate, list as factors of emotional environment, organization environment, interpersonal environment , facility environment , space-time environment,information environment,natural environment and public opinion environment.⑵by analyzing the statistics in the questionnaire,the writer finds that among all influence on the track-and-field professional skills study, factors of social psychological environment exert a bigger and deeper influence than the factors of physical environment do.⑶among different sexes and classes, factors have obviously differing and influence. Between boys and girls, factors of space-time environment have obviously different influence; between freshmen and sophomores, factors of interpersonal environment have obviously different influence;between freshmen and juniors,factors of space-time environment have obviously different influence; between freshmen and seniors, environment factors have obviously different influence; between sophomores and juniors, factors of facility environment have obviously different influence;between sophomores and seniors,factors of organization environment; and between juniors and seniors,factors of emotional environment have obviously different influence.Based on related theory of teaching environment,aimed at distributing teaching environment and optimizing track-and-field teaching environment for schools,the thesis makes following suggestions to make a theoretic and practical reference for the optimization of track-and-field teaching environment.⑴the school should make a systematic arrangement and purchase of sports teaching facilities, respect students'individuality and create a sports teaching environment that is suitable for various teaching type and is accordant with teaching rule and the mind and body development of the students.⑵According to the program of instruction, the class and grade population and the male and female proportion, the possible arrangement student attends class the time effective practice time and the extracurricular athletic training.⑶in the teaching process, teachers should regard the students as the subject,improve their initiative,develop their habit and ability of studying by themselves, and try best to encourage and induct the students'interests in track-and-field work,and help the students make a right study motive and aim according to the difference of their ability. Teachers should also praise more to make the students self-confident.⑷In the classroom instruction, the suitable introduction competes and plays, demonstrates own opportunity for the student in the class, the establishment intense activity, the rich individuality classroom instruction environment.⑸The teacher must accumulate the education to be quick-witted unceasingly in reality, deals with the teachers and students relations reasonably correctly the conflict, and can design the teaching process carefully, achieves the greatest degree to attract student's attention, causes the student more to place the energy in the classroom study.⑹track-and-field teachers should keep pace with the times, possess academic morals and innovation ideals, develop a rational attitude, and have sense of social responsibility and health personality. Teachers should unceasingly absorb new ideas and concepts in the field, actively and efficiently adjust and optimize track-and-field teaching environment to make all the sports teaching activities go smoothly.
