Study Of College Students' Personal Knowledge Management Based On WIKI

The 21st century is an era of knowledge explosion, "We live in the ocean of information, but suffer thirst of knowledge" has become a true reflection of the times. In response to all kinds of requirements and challenges of social development and enhance their competitiveness,personal knowledge management is becoming a skill that students must be mastered. In the Web2.0 era, that Wiki stands out for college students provides with the platform of creating knowledge , sharing and exchanging for personal knowledge management and provides a favorable environment and technical conditions for personal knowledge management. This study will try to combine the Wiki's characteristics and college students personal knowledge management to establish a college students personal knowledge management model based on wiki.Firstly the theory starts from the theory of a personal knowledge management.The basic concepts and basic theory of knowledge,knowledge management and personal knowledge management theory are sorted, based on the spirit of Wiki's"equality, cooperation, sharing and communication", discussing the supported use of Wiki in personal knowledge management.Secondly, we use a questionnaire survey based on the study of theory to the current status of students'personal knowledge management, specifically crystallize the purpose of construction of personal knowledge management model based on Wiki, and the construction used in this article on Wiki personal knowledge management model of university students approach -- qualitative modeling method is briefly introduced.Then, follow the steps of qualitative modeling to the construction of the model, through a typical case, summarized the basic features of the model and the model for a brief presentation, extracting this element on the basic of this and analyse the relationship between the various elements for the building of the model.Finally, we use the method of action research, carry on the active design based on the Wiki platform and found the Wiki study group, take the curriculum Learning Science & Learning Technologies as the experimental subject. As undergoing two round action researches, and carriying on the utility analysis to Wiki.This model will be revised and improved in practice.
