On The International Protection Of The TV Broadcasting Rights Of Physical Competition

This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part gives a brief introduction of the TV broadcasting rights of physical competition, which includes its emergence and development. And on the basis of many theories home and abroad, the author proposes hers own opinion on the legal characteristics of the TV broadcasting rights of physical competition, which is a kind of the neighboring rights of performers rights and makes some relevant arguments.From the prospect of neighboring copyright, the second part focuses on the content of international treaties which related to the TV broadcasting rights of physical competition. The third part discusses the issue of the Olympic Games TV broadcasting rights.According to the introduction of background and the related laws and regulations of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the author also introduces two new Olympic broadcasting infringement cases, focusing on the legal protection of TV broadcasting rights of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and putting forward the topic about the internet broadcasting rights.In the fourth part, the author analyzed the present legal protection condition of TV broadcasting rights of physical competition in our country, and offered some suggestions.
