On The Employment Situation And Improvement Of Graduates Majored Archival Science

With the development of the country's economic reforming, employment policy changes, in-depth reform of higher education institutional, university students'employment competition are day by day intense. As a highly specialized colleges and universities, employment opportunities available to narrow archives profession, graduates of the employment situation is even grimmer. In this paper, Suzhou University archives profession as a sample, through the 2000 session - 2009 session of the graduates a comprehensive, systematic survey, based on statistical data analysis, the employment status of graduates to explore the main factors affecting the employment of graduates and put forward the corresponding response. Paper first analyzes the current overall situation of employment in the society as a basis, to file the employment rate of graduates, job orientation, employment units, employment opportunities, employment, region, salary reward, professional counterparts, and so on quantitative analysis, summarized Archival Science graduates employment characteristics; Thereafter, from the policy, market, college education, the quality of graduates from their own archives, etc. I analyzed on the file graduates employment factors, and proposed countermeasures to improve the quality of employment.
