Teachers mobility is a social occupational mobility movement, which represents teachers'social relations from one location to another social location in social movement. Kindergarten teachers is the main force of early childhood education, the mobility of kindergarten teachers directly affects China's rapid and healthy development of early childhood education career. Analysis the movement of kindergarten teachers, and identify the factors of teachers mobility has become a serious problem in early childhood education development.After reading extensive literature, finding that the current research for the flow of kindergarten teachers are overwhelming, the researchers attributed the reasons for social environment. Hope that through the efforts of state and government to improve the treatment of teachers to address the problems. But ignores the internal kindergarten teacher management, which is the impact of mobility on teachers. Wuhan-as a central city with many rich resources of quality education, which fostering many of talent teachers in pre-school education, now also facing a lot of quality talent to the developed areas in eastern and southern, and other less developed areas of rural preschool teachers to kindergartens in Wuhan city. But at this stage for a similar central city of Wuhan that flow situation analysis of kindergarten teachers are relatively scarce, with consideration of social responsibility and professional, so I selected Wuhan as kindergarten teachers mobility study area.This study was designed questionnaires and interviews to explore the kindergarten teachers mobility will and the problems of kindergarten teacher management, to find the impact of Teachers mobility will through the teacher management of kindergarten, than to find an effective way to solve this problem of kindergarten teachers mobility.The results showed that the kindergarten teachers mobility will generally high turnover of teachers in Wuhan, kindergarten teachers will flow decreased with increasing seniority, the mobility will be the highest in public office parks of employ teachers, followed by private kindergartens teachers, the lowest-run parks to the in public teachers.The management of preschool teachers from two areas:kindergarten teachers resource management and organizational culture.The results showed that the kindergarten teachers in terms of human resources management, the kindergarten teachers mobile will significantly related to the wages and staff relations; in terms of organizational culture in kindergarten, Kindergarten teachers flow will significantly related to kindergarten principal management. Finally discussed measures by improving the current situation of the treatment of kindergarten teachers, status of teachers and the management of kindergarten.
