Since the latter half of the 20th century, the world has been paid more attention to educational quality instead of quantity. In the field of preschool education, it has been a new trend that people pursue preschool educational quality. Quality is the sum that substance meets the need of subject's characters, different subjects' need are different, their understandings about "perfect kindergarden" are different, with the development of society and the marketization of early childhood education, the differences between different subjets become more obvious. So it is significant to do comparative research on the "perfect kindergarden" standards of different subjects. This study choses four subjects as the study's objects, including preschool educational experts, preschool teachers, children's parents and children. By referring to the related documents, the researcher designed corresponding questionnaires and talking outlines, totally surveyed the understandings about "perfect kindergarden" of four subjects.The paper consists of six parts. The first part introduces the topic selection, the research significance, the related documents and the design of the research; The second part traces the history of people pursuing "perfect kindergarden" from three views of philosophy, sociology and culturologe; The third part takes the methods of incidents combined with tables/diagrams, thus displaying early childhood educational experts, preschool teachers, children's parents and children' standards in "perfect kindergarden" on the basis of research; The fourth part is an comparison among different subjects about "perfect kindergarden" standards; The fifth part analyzes the very reasons for the difference in different subjects on "perfect kindergarden" standards which lies in the difference in their cognition level, social role and private value. The sixth part is rational thought about how to conduct a "perfect kindergarden" standard and offers some suggestion from macro-scopic and micro-scopic.Conduct "perfect kindergarden" standard, the study suggests that we must have a explicit thought course firstly:Inheriting history is the footstone, sublating the "perfect kindergarden" standards which have existed; Basing on reality is the background, our national conditions and the current situation of preschool edcation are the soil of conducting "perfect kindergarden" standard; Facing the future is the benchmarking, we also need to absorb advanced ideas of "perfect kindergarden" and draw lessons from abroad. Then the study points out some specific suggestions:Treating the "perfect kindergarden" standards of different subjects rationally; Conducting flexible "perfect kindergarden" standard; Respecting the children's "perfect kindergarden" standard.
