The Research Of The Financing And Management Of Education

With the rapid development of economy in Guangdong Province, the financial education funds have been increasing constantly. The achievements in economic and social development in Guangdong have supported to fast develop the education steadily and healthily, at the same time, the development of education has promoted the economic society's development fast and well. The input of the financial education funds, as well as the usage and output efficiency, will have an important impact on the entire education, so it is necessary to do a further study on its standard management and usage.This paper presents and analyses the basic scientific concepts and theories of financial provision and management first, and then, combined with the inputs and usage of the actual situation, made empirical analysis on investment management, distribution and usage of financial education funds in Guangdong Province from 2000. Through specific data, we made analysis on the efficiency of total funding for the actual input and output, in order to observe the relevant indicators for the investment of education funding in recent years in Guangdong Province, such as investment growth, investment ratio and utilization of the funds, to further study the usage and management of financial education funds in Guangdong Province. From the analysis of the indicators and the actual effectiveness of the policy, we can summarize the characteristics of the use of funds for education in Guangdong Province, we can find impact factors that affect rational allocation and usage of financial education funds. In addition, this article discussed some relevant international experiences in the financial education funds management. Through comparing the financial education funds input of several major countries in the world, we draw on the advanced concepts and practice, and expect to learn from their useful experience to improve the efficiency of China's educational funds. Finally, based on the analysis results, the paper promote some related policy recommendations, expect to give a little help on the scientific management and rational use of financial education funds in Guangdong Province.
