Research On Financial Management Of Agricultural Scientific Research Project Funds In Colleges And Universities

Based on the related theories of financial management of agricultural scientific research projects in colleges and universities,this study systematically analyzes,compares and elaborates the concepts,types,characteristics,and research status of domestic and foreign agricultural scientific research project funding.Through the representative local comprehensive urban colleges and universities in our province-taking C University as an example,the method of literature analysis,inductive deduction,statistical analysis,case analysis,and questionnaires was used to fund its agricultural research projects.The current status of financial management and the use of funds for agricultural scientific research projects have revealed problems such as complex budget management processes,inadequate accounting,final accounts,weak performance evaluation systems,lack of information sharing platforms,and lack of correct understanding of financial management among scientific researchers.In order to further study and analyze the many problems exposed in the financial management of agricultural scientific research projects in C University,and then analyze and summarize some of the reasons for these problems;at the same time,organically combine the practical specialities in the financial management of agricultural scientific research projects in C University.And the universality of the financial management process of scientific research projects in Chinese universities and colleges,it is proposed for C University to improve the budget management system,simplify the budget process,optimize the cost accounting system,improve the performance evaluation system,build an information sharing platform,and improve financial management relevant systems,measures to strengthen scientific researchers' correct understanding of financial management and other measures.In the end,the characteristics of the financial management of agricultural scientific research projects in C University will be extended to improve the level and level of the overall scientific research project funding management of the school,and gradually improve and reduce the risks of financial management of scientific research projects in C University,with a view to improving the similarity of Chinese financial institutions The financial management system of agricultural scientific research project funding in universities and the reform of management methods provide corresponding references.
