Objective:To explore effects of Chinese traditional medicine and sport training on Neuroglobin and the Free Radical Metabolism in Exhaustive Exercise Rats.Methods:48 male Wistar rats. Rats were randomly divided into two large groups. Quiet group (C, n= 24) and exercise group (T,n= 24). Each group is subdivided into three groups:placebo quiet group (PC, n= 8), medium-dose quiet group (MC, n= 8), high-dose quiet group (HC, n= 8), placebo exercise group (PT, n= 8), medium-dose exercise group (MT, n = 8), high-dose exercise group (PT, n= 8). In this study, the training load intensity constant, increasing training time. Rats train for 4 weeks. After exhaustive exercise were measured in rats exhaustive time, hypothalamic neuroglobin content, hypothalamic Na+, k+-ATPase activity, hypothalamic MDA content, hypothalamus SOD activity, serum neuroglobin, hemoglobin.Results:1. Just taking Chinese medicine compound non-sports training can not extend the swimmin time, pure sports training, sports training combine with traditional Chinese medicine compound can significantly prolong the rat swimming time.2. Rat hypothalamic NGB content after exhaustive exercise, MT group was significantly higher than MC group (P<0.05); HT group was significantly higher than the HC group (P<0.05); PT group were lower than PC group, but no statistically significant. MT was significantly higher than the PT group (P<0.05); HT group was significant higher than the PT group (P<0.01).3. NGB content of serum no significant difference between groups, HGB, HC group is significantly higher than the HT group, HC group was significantly higher than the PC group (P<0.05), HC group is significantly higher than the MC group (P <0.01).4. Rat hypothalamic MDA content after exhaustive exercise, HT group was significantly lower than the PT group (P<0.05); SOD were no significant differences.Conclusions:1. Pure Chinese medicine treatment of this compound does not lead to the hypothalamic NGB significant changes, after one-time exhaustive exercise. The compound traditional Chinese medicine combined with sports training can significantly improve the hypothalamic NGB content after exhaustive exercise.2. after exhaustive exercise, NGB in serum and the Na+, k+-ATP activity was not significantly correlated.3. NGB in serum and HGB was no significant correlation.4. whether NGB in serum as early indicators for monitoring the central fatigue remains further research.5. This combination of traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with exercise training can play well against hypoxia, lipid peroxidation, anti-fatigue.
