Objective:To primarily discuss the mechanism of the enhancing movement ability and anti-fatigue through observing the effect of Bushen Yiqi Chinese Traditional medicine on swimming training rats's cardiac muscle energy metabolism correlated enzyme by the experiment.Methods:120 healthy male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats, were randomly divided into Control group (C), the Training group (T), the Medicine group (M) and the Medicine plus Training group (TM). Then every group was randomly divided into three states: the quiet state, the immediately after exhaustive exercise state, 12 hours ends of exhaustive exercise state. Group C and Group T were affused stomach four days with 3ml water at 8:00am; Group M and Group TM were affused stomach four days with the same volume medcine at 8:00am. Group T and Group TM were trained in the afternoon for five weeks. Then measure the activity of SDH,MDH,LDH and ATPase and the content of LD of the cardiac muscle. All of the data were analyzed by software of spss 10.0 package with T-check for the comparison between groups and P<0.05 as the standard of significance.Results:1 Exhausted time in group T, M and TM are significantly longer than that in group C (P<0.05) ;that in group TM is significanly longer than that in group T amd M (P<0.05) ;that ingroup T and M has no significant difference (P>0.05) .2 Under the state of resting, the activity of SDH in cardiac muscle of group TM is higher than group C (P<0.05) ; the activity of LDH in cardiac muscle of group TM is higher than group C(P<0.05) ; the activity of MDH in cardiac muscle of group T and TM are higher than group C and M (P<0.05) ; the activity of ATP in cardiac muscle of group T is higher than group C(P<0.05) , while that in group TM is the highest (P<0.01 compared with group C and P<0.05 compared with group T) .the content of LD has no significant differences among four groups.3 Under the exhaustive exercise state, the activity of SDH in cardiac muscle of group TM and T are higher than group C and M (P<0.05) ; the activity of LDH in cardiac muscle of group TM is higher than group C,M and T (P<0.05) ; the activity of MDH in cardiac muscle of group TM is higher than group C (P<0.05) and M (P<0.01); the activity of ATP in cardiac muscle of group T is higher than group C (P<0.05), while that in group TM is the highest (P<0.01 compared with group C ,M and T) ;the content of LD in cardiac muscle of group TM and T are higher than group C and M (P<0.05) .4 Under 12 hours ends of exhaustive exercise state, the activity of SDH in cardiac muscle of group TM are higher than group C and T and M( P<0.01); the activity of LDH in cardiac muscle of group TM is higher than group T and M (P<0.05) and C (P<0.01) ; the activity of MDH in cardiac muscle of group TM and T is higher than group C (P<0.01 )and M(P<0.05); the activity of ATP in cardiac muscle of group T is higher than group C (P<0.05), while that in group TM is the highest (P<0.01 compared with group C ,M and T) ;the content of LD in cardiac muscle of group TM are higher than group C and M and T (P<0.05) .Conclusions:1 Training and Bushen Yiqi Chinese Traditional medicine can increase the activity of SDH and MDH, and benefit aerobic metabolism, and enhance the energy supply to the cardiac muscle in movement, and relieve the fatigue of heart, indicating that Chinese Traditional medicine and training can enhance the recover from exhaustive state, and combination of these two factors is batter than singly application.2 Training and Bushen Yiqi Chinese Traditional medicine can increase the activity of LDH and decrease the content of LD, and relieve the fatigue, and enhance the ability of movement. Combination of these two factors is batter than singly application.3 Training and Bushen Yiqi Chinese Traditional medicine can increase the activity of ATP, and combination of these two factors is batter than singly application.4 Training and Bushen Yiqi Chinese Traditional medicine can extend the time of swimming. The effect of movement is better than that of medicine, and combination of movement and medicine is the most effective.
