Since the 21st century, many researchers who come from different countries have transferred their attentions from the cultivation of the public and the students to the teachers.In 2001,the original Ministry of Education has promulgated Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (trial implementation), taking the science education as the one of the five important subjects.As we know, kindergarteners play an important role in the growing of the child, so it is necessary to make surveys for them.Besides, scientific literacy is a relatively new field for kindergarteners, so how the scientific literacy they have, whether they are different, and how to improve, they are the emphasis of this article.My research adopt questionnaire mature and improved. My research have send out 325 questionnaires, and taken back 314 questionnaires effective.Through the survey of the students, the kindergarteners, the kindergartens in Shanghai,we find that:1.For the students, if the educational background is different,their total points signified in scientific literacy.Except the science method, science knowledge and attitude are not signified;2.For the kindergarteners, different ages, different teaching experiences, different professional titles, all have not effects on the total points they gained, on the points of science method they gained, on the points of science knowledge they gained, however, they are the diploma last, the grades of kindergartens, the kinds of kindergartens that who have important influences.For the science attitude, it is relatively complicated, from this, we can know that, the formation and the transformation of the science attitude, it is a difficult thing.According to the results and the actuality, giving some suggestions as follows:1.For the students:we should improve the curriculum and the way actualized;2, Reforming the way of the internship training mode;3.For the kindergarteners:we should improve the level of the preschool teachers' in-service education;4, Enhancing the effectiveness of training;5, Reforming the system of evaluation of professional titles;6, Enhancing the level of kindergarteners who work in private kingergarten;7. For both, it is necessary to establish education idea of lifelong learning.
