Research On The Model Of Full Range Diversity And Integration Educational Practice

Education practice is a necessary way to enable interns to become teachers in the needs of society. Good educational practice makes interns progress in all aspects. It is easy to know the importance of education practice, but in our nation there are a lot of problems in educational internship, such like: the short and concentration time, the unstable internship sites, lack of teachers'instruction, the internship system of imperfect, etc. we must rely on the joint efforts of scholars to solve our educational problems in internship. The author believes that establishing a suitable mode of practice for our nation and improving the quality of teaching practice are the keys to solve the problems. Because of this, by reading and researching on a lot of papers, I have a clear understanding of education abroad and got a lot of materials of education practice in our country. In this way, I am trying to establish a better teaching practice model which is full range, diversity and integration. I expect this model will provide a basis for the theory and practice for the development of teaching practice in my nation.The main methods in this paper are paper and historical research. I know the direction of development of teaching practice at home and abroad by reading papers. At the same time, by researching on history, I know history and present which provide theoretical support. In this way, I find the research direction and establish full range, diversity and integration teaching practice model. I hope that the work done in this paper can make slender contribution to the development of teaching practice in our country.
