The independent college, as a new school-running model in China, is approved by the Ministry of Education in some universities in 1999, in order to accelerate the development of the higher education. There are more than 300 independent colleges till 2009. The independent college is a private college. It usually has its own campus, and its finance comes from the students'tuition. The specialties and educational system are arranged taking into account the needs of talents in the society and the existing specialties in its college. The enrollment is one part of the plan of the higher education enrollment. But the entry scores are comparatively lower. Its certificate is the admitted by related university or by itself. And the students'job-finding model is the same with the general colleges and universities. In recent years, more attention has been given to the study of the psychological characteristics in the general universities, colleges, secondary schools and primary schools. Many scholars have done a great number of researches and studies about their psychological conditions, and they have put forwards many pertinent measures and suggestions. However, there are few studies particular to the psychological characteristics in the independent colleges.
