Since the 20th century, the field of teacher education which has become the focus of education reform. Particularly in the gradual deepening of education reform today, teacher education and professional development of teachers is very important. Greater development of the school is relying on teacher professionalism and quality. The match between the level of teachers among the school, regional and even international between the development of education among the important measure, is also an important carrier of the development of school education. Today, more and more advanced science and technology, physical education teachers are no longer in the past, only to receive the students to running, exercise as simple as the task of a sports teacher responsible for the promotion of student physical and mental development, and guide the formation of healthy sports school spirit the heavy physical behavior.This is the stand of teacher professional development and lifelong education in the context of a "career / life cycle theory" as a research perspective, the Normal College for Physical Education Students in the initial training of recruits and pre-curriculum and other aspects of analysis of the normal physical education class students into the education and training of pre-made improvements. I think that physical education students to education in the pre-improvements, should be mainly in the following areas: Post to practice, perfect practice session; Zengjia internship Shi Jian; pay attention to the students of the Zhi Ye Pei Yang Sports Zhuanye ability; focus on training students in general education of; a professional curriculum reform; further improve the teaching curriculum.However, the need to point out that the way of long training PE teachers, the traditional culture, practices and experience as well as the interests of the various aspects of the policy, among others factors, physical education teacher education reforms is not an expedient measure, but should be used as a long-term project. Moreover, the school is in a sense, a conservative organization that, if recycling is not easy to break the cage again.
