"Vocational education teachers should be both theoretical teaching and practical teaching, is to engineer or technician." In 1998, the state education of commission of the vocational education in twenty-one century deepen teaching reform in the opinions of the principle of China, which is regarded as"Double-Competency"teacher first appeared. But now, what is"Double-Competency"teacher is still controversial. It is generally believed that in higher vocational colleges, building a mature"Double-Competency"teacher team is very important, but the team construction, management, and even the way of"Double-Competency"teacher team standards that still lacks the clear rules. Relative to higher vocational education and strong domestic demand, the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges is more and more attention."Double-Competency"teacher team construction, is a must, solve contradictory. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, through various material search and perfect, current double teams are analyzed, and puts forward some preliminary suggestions.
