Poor learning adaptability can not only reduce the college students'quality of learning and life ,but also have a far-reaching influence on their works and lives in the future. This study aims at discussing the relationship between social comparison,attribution style and learning adaptability,and offer advisable suggestions to improve the level of college students'learning adaptability on the basis of this studyIn this study, we took stratified cluster sampling method to choose 957 college students that from hebei province using College students learning adaptability scale,college students'social comparison trait scale,multiple dimensions-multiple attributions causal inventory, and then, we tested college students learning adaptabily scale's reliability and validity, and analyzed the current situation of college students'learning adaptability,social comparison,attribution style and the correlations between this three variables using confirmatory factor analysis, multi-factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods in SPSS16.0 and Amos4.0 statistical softwares. This study made the following conclusions:1.The internal consistency reliability and construct validity of college student learning adaptability scale are in line with the requirements of psychometrics, which can be a valide tool to measure college students'learning adaptability in our country.2.College students'learning adaptability is in the middle to upper level. In the five dimensions ,the degree of learning ability adaptability is the best,the degree of environment factors adaptability is the worst.3.College students'adaptability in learning motivation and learning attitude have significant difference in sexes, the degree of learning adaptability in the second grade,third grade,forth grade students are higher than the junior studens';college students'adaptability in teaching model and environment factors have significant interaction between grades and sexes; college students'learning adaptability,learning motivation adaptability,learning ability adaptability have significant difference in majors,the degree of learning adaptability in the art and science studens are higher than the literature students';student leaders'learning adaptability and learning ability adaptability are higher than non-student leaders'.4.College students'social comparison exhibit positive features in overall,the multi-factor variance analysis of social comparison suggest that there is significant difference in majors,comparing the science students, the literatute and art students'social comparion exhibit more negative features.5.College students'attribution style tend to internal control,the multiple-factor variance analysis of atttibution style suggest that there is significant difference in majors,comparing the literature students,the science and art students tend to use the attribution of internal control.6.The more positive features showed in social comparison, college students'learning adaptability are the better,on the contrary,their learning adaptability are the worse; the more internal control attribution used , college students'learning adaptability are the better, on the contrary, their learning adaptability are the worse; the more positive features showed in social comparison, college students use the more internal control attribution, on the contrary , they tend to use the external control attribution.7.Both attribution style and social comparison can predict learning adaptability significantly, attribution style play a partial mediator factor role in the relationship between social comparison and learning adaptability,learning adaptability's all dimensions.
