In all the events organized by Europe, the quadrennial European soccer championship is the most representative of the European football level. Therefore, this paper comprehensively employs literature and data, video observation of statistical methods and mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other methods to comprehensively and systematically study the personal dribble breakthrough of 31 matches at the final stage in the 2008 European Football Championship. It reveals the characteristics of the present personal football dribbling breakthrough, and provides certain reference for our coaches and athletes targeted to improve the ability of dribbling breakthrough in trainings and matches.The study shows that:1.
