Research On The Application And Characteristics Of Defensive And Tackling Techniques Of Players In The 2020 European Football Championship

Technology is the foundation of tactics,and in the entire defensive tactical system,defensive technology is the most basic,the foundation of local and overall defensive tactics,and the foundation for forming a stable defensive system.By watching the 2020 European Football Championships,we described and statistically analyzed the application of defensive and stealthy ball techniques by players,and analyzed the indicators such as field area,player position,time,degree of confrontation,running distance,movement direction,and implementation purpose of defensive and stealthy ball techniques used by players.We conducted a description and research on their characteristics.This paper uses the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,expert interview,questionnaire survey,and logical analysis to analyze and study the application and characteristics of the defensive and snatching techniques of the players in the 2020 European Cup football match.The main research results are as follows:(1)There is a highly significant positive correlation between defensive steals and team rankings.(2)There is a highly significant positive correlation between defensive steals and team rankings.In terms of field and regional application: the midfield is the field with the most frequent use of ball grabbing techniques;The backcourt is the area with the highest success rate of ball breaking.The use of ball breaking techniques in the backcourt is reasonable and cautious,and players do not easily implement snatching actions,resulting in a high success rate of ball breaking;The success rate of frontcourt steals is also not low.(3)In terms of player position: the number of steals by defenders and forwards is the highest,with the highest success rate of steals by forwards.However,the defender has the highest success rate of steals.(4)In terms of the application of physical confrontation,the most obvious feature of football matches is intense confrontation.Only by accurately mastering the game techniques and tactics of stealing the ball can it be possible to perform at a high level and ultimately achieve victory throughout the game in a fierce confrontation between both sides.(5)In terms of running distance application: Quick role switching and quick counterattack actions during offensive and defensive transitions are essential for any well-trained team.(6)In terms of direction of movement,the number of side grabs is the highest,and the success rate of frontal grabs is the highest.Due to the fast pace of attack in the game,it is difficult for defensive players to confront their opponents head-on,resulting in the highest number of side grabs.The majority of side grabbing occurs in the center and back court.(7)In terms of implementation purposes,the control of ball rights has the highest number of grabs and successful passes,the highest number of successful passes,and the highest success rate of ball breaks for clearance purposes.(8)In terms of implementation purposes,the control of ball rights has the highest number of grabs and successful passes,the highest number of successful passes,and the highest success rate of ball breaks for clearance purposes.In terms of time allocation: Each 90 minute football match requires a high level of physical fitness for the players,and a reasonable allocation of physical strength is conducive to the effective use of steals.
