With the globalization, English is getting more and more attention. Many countries have already started learning English in kinder-garden. It is undoubted that teachers are the most important part in education. As a result, it is important to aware the importance of English teachers in primary school and should pay much more attention on their training programs. The work that developed countries did on teachers training programs is very obvious, and Korea and China also have a great progress in this area. Korea and China especially pay a lot of attention on the programs which aim at English teachers in primary school.Korea and China are near to each other and they both did a lot research on England, America, Japan and Germany; however, the comparison from them is rarer. In this view, it will be meaningful to find out the differences between these two countries in primary school teachers English training programs.In order to provoke the education innovation, it is necessary for China to absorb the experience from other countries. Since Korea and China have the similar background, the experience of Korea will more useful for China.These will compare the primary English teacher training programs and find out the differences and special points. In other words, it will compare and analyze from history, themes, goals, models and measures. Finally it proposed the inspirarion of training of the English teachers of China who are teaching primary school to China. Training elementary school English teacher in China and South Korea have each other,s advantages when compared the contents of training, and complement the strengths of each other and seek mutual development is aimed. The inspirarion are like these:1. Clarify the training objectives and contents.2. Strengthen the English language basic training.3. Need national regulation of the development and implementation of uniformed standard.4. Attention of the effectiveness of training.5. All of the different level Classes have its own appropriate course training.6. Encourage the teachers do more education learning.Lmplications of Elementary School Teacher Training to Korean Education are as follows:1. The theoretical part of training is needed.2. Training is also needed on the premise of schools.3. Moral discipline of teachers should be reinforced.
