The new scientific and technological revolution will take knowledge-based economy into the 21st century. Form of the knowledge-based economy requires new demands to the quality of people, especially for the students thought, idea, personality and psychological land so on. This has raised new issues of moral education, which is facing new challenges. Economic globalization, the information society, value diversity trends impose a strong impact to the trend of the existing moral values, hitting the hearts of minors, evolving into a series of social problems. Moral education management, especially in rural junior high school is more important. "National Rural contains 39,313 junior high schools, sharing of 62.77%. National Rural junior high school students in a total of 34,284,664 people, accounting for 55.56%"â‘ . strengthening rural junior high school moral management is essential for follow-up and implementation of central government, the State Council, "on further strengthening and improving ideological and moral construction of a number of opinions" (2004.2.26) and promotion of quality education,In this paper, we employ the literature method, survey method, interviews, statistical analysis and other methods to explore the moral management of the rural junior high school status of Shiyan City, here are the following conclusions:First, we find eight questions in the existence of rural junior high school moral education management through the study in Shiyan City,:1. Moral formalized process management experience of a lack of effectiveness.2. The content of moral education management weaknesses.3. Moral education management concepts are outmoded, neglected the students her own right.4. Moral Education in the overall quality to be improved, structural problems to be resolved.5. Student self-management capability is weak.6. Moral research management a blank.7. Schools, lack of moral management of capital investment.8. The lack of moral environment in the development and management capabilities. Second, according to the investigation and research on the basis of moral education in rural areas in Shiyan City, we put forward three major recommendations:1. With the times, strengthen and improve the practice of moral education management.2. Optimize the moral environment, expanding the moral education.3. Conscientiously sum up experiences, and explore moral education management mechanism. |
