With the implementation of new course standard, the new course reformation to deepen, the traditional boring Chinese language classroom which cost too much while bring low efficiency is gradually growing its life and vitality. During the reformation, some teachers haven't got the gist of the New Course Standard, they urge to get the quick success and bring some disharmonious, which have brought the attention and consideration of more educators. So how to eliminate the disharmonious and build a harmonious language classroom under the New Course Standard has been the trend of the society and quality education.In this paper, the theoretical basis is the philosophy, education, psychology, aesthetics. The author mainly uses some methods such as "document retrieval method", "action method" "comprehensive investigation method". Under the harmonious society, with the guidance of the New Course Standard and the link of the daily teaching, the author made a specialized, systematic, comprehensive and deep research for the factors, characters, teaching model of the new teaching.In the current Chinese language classroom of the Junior Middle School, there are two main styles:one is the traditional classroom which is exam-oriented. The goal of this teaching is to pass the exams; the main teaching method is cramming teaching; the main teaching task is to impart knowledge and train skills. So the unitary teaching object, dogmatic teaching content, modeling teaching process and the boring teaching methods make theclassroom boring, lack of vitality and fun. This traditional teaching brings the heavy burden of the students and high psychological pressure, and it eventually leads to the disharmonious of the students. The new Chinese language classroom is based on the New Course Standard. The implement of the New Course Standard brings vitality and fun. The new teaching is teacher-initiated and student-oriented. It focuses on the independence, cooperation and exploration. It gives more attention to students'subjectivity and creativity; it also gives students more room and time, and it gives students more chances to explore and think. But some teachers urge to get the quick success and overkill, so there have been some deviations during the implement of the New Course Standard, such as:value the goals over the actual effect; value students-oriented over the teacher-initiated; value the active atmosphere over the effect and some other new disharmonious.Junior middle school classroom should be a classroom as a link to a harmonious variety of teaching resources and elements of a comprehensive, free, coordinated, and overall optimization of the classroom. It should be the harmony of science and art; the harmony of preparation and presentation; the harmony of leadership and ownership; the harmony of acceptance and exploration; the harmony of cooperation and independence.The harmonious class in the junior middle school should adhere to the principle of pleasant teaching, the principle of individual interpretation, the principle of equal dialogue, the principle of teaching before learning, the principle of media collaboration, the principle of rigid flexibility, the principle of the collaboration of three parties, and the principles of development and succession.Using:The first step is to create situations and lead in the text with enthusiasm. The second step is to instruct the individual students and direct them to study with cooperation(make sure the aim of study, teach themselves, ask questions, cooperate and explain). The third step is to sum up and test. The last step is to extend the knowledge and give assignment. By doing so, the students can not only be interested in the subject and study positively, but also can develop their potential ability and optimize their personality.The development of the harmonious class in the junior middle school is of great importance to the reform of new subject, and it also can encourage the students to be the dominative parts of the class and improve the efficiency of language class and the teachers ability of teaching...
