As the acceleration of educational informative pace, information technology whose key is multi-media and network technology has been extensively applied in education. The online studying is one of the most important parts of human's lifelong learning. However, we discovered that the enthusiasm is low and the motivation isn't sufficient when the learners are studying. Inspired by the network game's success, we are going to research on the design of incentive mechanism in the online learning resources. Integrating proper incentive mechanism into online learning resources is significant to trigger learner's learning interest and motive, and raise efficiency.This paper used document review, questionnaire, interview and experimental approach as its primary research methods. At the beginning of this paper, the writer proposed these questions, introduced the background of the project, the significance of the research, the content and the method of the research, as well as the definition of related concepts. Then the writer carried out investigation and experimental study of the status of the online learning and the incentive mechanism application in design of learning resources. Through the questionnaire, the writer collected data, analyzed data and summarized the status of online learning and incentive application. Through the experimental research, the writer authenticated that integrating the incentive mechanism into the online learning resources can indeed improve the efficiency of online learning. In the third chapter of the paper, combining investigation and experimental research ahead with the relevant incentive theory, the writer has analyzed essential factors and mechanism principle of psychology, proposed the incentive mechanism model, and analyzed the design elements of incentive-related resources. In the fourth chapter, based on the incentive model of online learning, the writer proposed the design strategies of resources. At the end of the paper, the writer has summarized and reflected on the inadequate of the paper. It is indispensable of the masters'wisdom in the whole study. At the same time, the writer hopes that this paper can be referenced for the further study.
