Social Work And Harmonious Community Construction

Communities are the cells, community harmony is the foundation of social harmony, if each of our grass-roots community are in harmony, all achieved in accordance with the requirements of a harmonious society, and our entire country can achieve harmony. Social work is a way of helping people and solving social issues. Widespread development of community social work services, improve community function, improve community welfare and community residents quality of life, to achieve community harmony, and thus promote social stability and development.Systems theory from the theory of social work perspective in social work from the perspective of building a harmonious community study reveals the problems of community building and social work from the perspective of the measures to solve problems, to social work in the construction of harmonious community process fully play its role and function.In this study, empirical research from the basic paradigm of sociology starting, the main content of the theoretical perspective, research design, results analysis, conclusions and discuss the four basic parts.The first part is a theoretical perspective. Investigate the social work system theory and its application in this study and other issues. Social work includes four basic systems, and this is the case the main system, target system, operation system and change the media system. In this study, from the four systems to study social work, community involvement and function of urban play.The second part is the research design. In this section, the author proposes a hypothesis of this study to define the research variables, introduced the sources of information, samples and materials handling. This study makes three specific assumptions:first, systematic work in urban communities to run, the city has basically been involved in community work in the field; two urban communities involved in social work has achieved initial success, the involvement of social work done by the urban community "management" to "service type"; third is the construction of harmonious communities, with the targets set by including social work, service content development, security and evaluation of results of services, support resources, access to the structure of many factors.The third part is the result analysis. This study analyzed the frequency of social work in urban communities in the progress of the specific conduct; by scoring scale study of social work in urban communities function and the multiple regression by method of influencing the construction of harmonious communities, achievement of objectives factor.The fourth part is conclusion and discussion. The basic conclusion of this study are:First, since the pilot, social work in urban communities in a systematic operation has basically involved in the field of urban community work; Second, social work intervention has achieved initial success in urban communities, social work intervention to work in urban communities from "management" to "service type"; third is the construction of harmonious communities, with the targets set by including social work, service content development, security and evaluation of results of services, support resources, access to the structure of many factors. Finally, several points for discussion:first, to promote social work setting; second is to strengthen the content of building services; third is to implement effective protection and evaluation services; Fourth, support resources for optimizing the structure.
