Research methods and purpose:In this paper, using literature, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics law. Select Tai Chi for exercise projects through a three-month exercise intervention, and psychological survey of female college students tested. Finally arrived at a different degree of depression should choose the appropriate frequency of the tai chi exercise mode. This paper explores Beijing University of Physical Education 2008 Physical Education Department and the School of Management, the media there is a depression of the 45-year female university students as an object of study, choose the 24-style Taijiquan for sports projects, explore different frequency 24-style Taijiquan exercise and Female Students depression relationship. Through the 12-week exercise intervention trial, obtained a bit results:Results 1:After the experiment, in addition to the control group (non-exercise group) did not change significantly outside the depressive symptom score. Tai Chi exercise group (first group and second group) are rendered more obvious changes. Changes in depression manifested in the points:the first group the mean depressive symptom score reduced from the original 27.13 to the current 17.27; second group were a few points from the 27.40 before the experiment decreased to 8.20 by paired t test, P<0.05, exercise group and non-exercise group differences in depressive symptom score change with statistical significance. Results 2:experimental before and after the first group, second group and control group reduced depressive symptom score there are individual differences in female university students. The first group of lower levels of depression,7 points, accounting for 47%; the second group there were 14 lower, accounting for 93%. Its efficacy rates were as follows:mild 100%, moderate 60%, severe 37%. The total effective rate of severe depression than mild to moderate depression, there are always low efficiency, by x2 test, the difference was statistically significant. The study came to look at empiricalconclusions:(A) 12 weeks a different frequency 24-style Taijiquan exercise, pairs of female college students have a certain effect of depression.(B) The same amount of time exercise, frequency different points of female college students the impact of depression is different.5 times a week, every 70min of exercise group improved efficacy.(C) the different effects of different degrees of depression and severe depression, efficacy was significantly lower than mild to moderate.
