Research On The Attack And Defense Of Wushu Curriculum Construction In Traditional National Sports Major

Wushu is the representative of the excellent Chinese culture, their physical fitness, and character of cultivation were interested by thousands of people,and many of them devoted themselves into the martial arts training and researching to promote the Wushu. The attack and defense as the essential characteristic of Wushu, we should make good use of the current opportunities to develop Wushu, and it need us to be actively improved the technical system, and expand the project of Wushu by developing a large number of high-level martial art of attack and martial arts talents to promote the continuous develop.Physical Education College is the main area of Traditional Wushu Training, the curriculum of the attack and defense is one of the most important standard of their education,the curriculum should not only completed include the technology system characteristics of the defense and attack of Wushu, but also need meet the needs of society. Present Sanda had been the main project in the curriculum of Wushu,which decided by Sanda's characteristic. But other projects, such as capture, Push hands, chang-bing, duan-bing, and self-defense in the martial arts curriculum only have little content.In this study, as the national traditional sports in China's colleges and universities undergraduate courses Wushu be research object,using literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method, the number of statistical method, logic, analysis and other research methods to analysis and elaboration the curriculum. Finally this study reached the following conclusions:1.The curriculum of attack and defense of Wushu Construction is a systematic project,including the social background analysis, system design course content,curriculum implementation and many other links, each link in mutual influence, interdependence.2. At period Wushu Sanda and other have high level of social approval projects take main position in the curriculum, and the proportion of less than normal projects have less content,this can meet the society's needs but will seriously damage Wushu's develop.3. The curriculum of attack and defense of Wushu Construction should based attack and defense of Wushu and also to meet other projects needs.4. From survey the teacher in colleges and universities engaged in Wushu teaching have a good structure, and the teachers are conducive to teaching and learning activities carried out;a variety of teaching facilities are also able to meet the curriculum needs.5.Currently proposed make Sanda as the leader of curriculum, including other projects into Wushu curriculum system is timely, and will deeply effect scientific research on curriculum, have significance benefit to student.
