Concepts And Methods Of Personnel Selection

Chinesisch-Deutsche Kunstakademie is a product of international cooperation provided by China Academy of Art and Universitat der Kiinste Berlin, two of the most famous universities of art in Asia and Europe, which provides the highest academic degree in art education of China. According to the education philosophy of "multi-culture", "multi-nation", "multi-domain" and "multi-speciality", it is to cultivate the exclusive talents who are creative, have native cultural background and bring up advanced cultural trends. In this article, I will analyze eight abilities of the exclusive talents by the entrance examination of Chinesisch-Deutsche Kunstakademie, which include exam enquiries, exam procedures, exam contents, investigations and interviews. To find out the way of Chinese-Dutch Postgraduate College selecting the talents who could meet their requirements, I will make an analysis by using of the combination of reviews and examinations. Furthermore, this article offers Dutch multi-educational philosophy in another point of view by analyzing the professional courses. Finally, I will explain the advantages of selection and education philosophy at Chinesisch-Deutsche Kunstakademie.
