From 80 years the 20th century, China implemented the family planning policy, the past 30 years the effective implementation of policies made China's population well controlled. However, due to long-term low fertility, and the improvement of health conditions and the social pension insurance system, it makes our country more and more serious aging conditions. China's population structure is quietly changing. It is through the control of reproductive behavior of the people to realize the impact of population development. But the decisive role in reproductive behavior is people's fertility concept. As high academic level students who will enter marriage and childbearing period, and their ideas will herald the future growth of population trends, have a significant impact on population structure of the future, however, the fertility concept of college students is the lack of study. Birth between the sexes is the most direct question, so it is necessary from a gender perspective to study the fertility concept of male and female. In this study, starting from the generalized concept of fertility, combined with a gender perspective, we use of literature, questionnaires, and case interview, to study 252 students' view of fertility. As a reference to the investigated college students, and from the gender perspective, we study reproductive number, gender, time, and purpose, which is directly related with the concept of reproductive and growth factors, growth process and issues related with gender indirectly associated with the concept of reproductive. The female students more emphasize family relations, self-happiness and other emotional significance.V:Factors affecting students' fertility are diverse. The "economic and living conditions", "child-rearing costs", "the time of children's education" become the main factors. Male and female students in some of the factors still are different. Female students more weight to the "child-rearing costs" and "body" effect on fertility, while male students are still subject to "traditional values" effect.â…¥:The mate demands are more realistic. Students from both own self and the next generation to consider when choosing a spouse will value each other's physical condition. Students for the spouse of the mental, character, quality, education, ideas and others have requested. In addition, students also value each other's economic base and family backgrounds.â…¦:Students have the scientific concept of fertility.
