| It is an effective way of use the role models for moral education in the moral textbooks. It plays an indispensable part in the improvement of student's ethical quality. The value of role model from the model itself, an example to the specific examples and its noble character are real and warm. After curriculum reform, PEP's new junior school textbooks examples are diversified and represent a wide range of levels, with authenticity and reality, the students easier to understand and accept. But it needs a further improvement. In this paper, with a certain degree of theoretical, make a preliminary inquiry on the textbooks examples.This dissertation mainly consists of 5 parts as follows:The introduction part illustrates the origin, the value and the general situation of this research. And it also makes clear the research thinking and methods and defined the core concepts.Chapter one analyze the application of example in the textbooks. Not only the characteristics of the course need example, but also the middle school student's cognitive features through examples for guidance.The second part focuses on the junior middle school textbooks to make a systematic analysis. Statistics by occupation,sex,moral quality,nationality and so on for analysis. The analysis shows that two sets of textbooks models for the male and female character are different; role models of professional and moral character are change; the number of modern and contemporary figures is greater than ancient; and the nationality of their role models in the United States and other western countries is typical.The third part, based on the previous data, make a detailed analysis of the current problems has also been given and its reason. Examples in the textbook are chosen carefully, by the choice of these examples, we can see that some potential education concept in the moral textbooks.Based on the research of front parts, chapter four put forwards tentative proposals as to how to improve role models in the textbooks from the perspective of the textbook editors and teachers.The last part makes a brief summary on the thesis, point out the limitations of this study, propose the future research. |
