Simultaneously, the uneven development of higher education brings about unfair of educational opportunities and the educational process, it will also pose a threat to China's political stability and social harmony. So, it is currently an important topic how to correctly understand the current imbalance in the development of China's higher education issues, and how to make the coordinated development of Higher Education and regional economies to better. Therefore, the author does Empirical analysis from the point of view of coordinated development about Higher Education and Regional Economic, it will make a strategic choice about Regional Higher Education Development and Countermeasures, in this paper. Main contents of this article are as follows:First, from the basic theory about interactive development of Higher Education and Regional Economy, it analysis the mutual relations of Higher Education and Regional Economic. In the first place, form a point of view of economic, analyzes that the development of higher education is a market economy development and Higher education is a capital-intensive service industries which increase by degrees about the returns to scale. In addition, by The new growth theory, Non-equilibrium growth theory, Theory of Education External Relations Law and Theory of Knowledge Economy, analysis the important role of higher education in promoting regional economic development.
