The Research On The Formation Mechanism And Training Strategy Of Teacher's Teaching Personality

Modern society is an epoch of personality and self-showing. Reflecting in educational field, it is in requirement of free art-expression and brave innovation. The development of teachers'personality provides not only new vitality, more importantly; it can directly promote the development of individual students. In this case, formation Mechanism and formation process of teaching personality are considered as a very necessary research subject.The whole thesis consists six parts.The first part, preface. Explain the origin of this study, summarize relevant literature and explain the study purpose.The second part, an overview of teaching personality. It's analyzed the essence and characteristics of teaching personality, and distinguished the differences and similarities between teaching personality, teaching style and teaching art, as well as teachers' teaching personality and personal teaching. It's considered that teachers'teaching. Its characteristics shows like coexistence of uniqueness and common, coexistence of relative stability and development, as well as coexistence of Social constraints and initiative. The common of Teachers'teaching personality, teaching style and teaching art sums up like:same essence, same goal of pursuing personal development, same labor style of creativity, and similar express style. The differences of these three points are different maturity level. However the teacher teaching personality and personal teaching are not only connected with each other but also different with each other. That means, teaching personality is a part of personal teaching.The third part, the performance and season of lacking teaching personality. The performance of lacking teaching personality are teacher self-missing, mediocre teaching ability and simple repetition of teaching process. The reasons of these lacking lay in society, schools and teachers own factor.The fourth part, the formation mechanism of teaching personality. Teacher's personality, knowledge, literacy, teaching passion, teaching imitative and personal pursuit in teaching process and their interrelationship, have work together to push change of functionality in teaching. In a word, this is formation mechanism of teaching personality.The fifth part, teaching personality development strategy. It's dissertated from following six aspects:individual headmaster-strong capable assistant in teaching personality (mainly part); teaching and learning environment-build fruitful surrounding of teaching personality; teaching ideas-the internal dimension of teaching character; teacher capability-prerequisite for formation of teaching individuality; professional development-cornerstone of teaching personality; teaching reflection-effective way to teaching personality formation.The sixth part, closing. Reviewing above-mentioned text, summarizing income and shortage, and bringing forward future development.
