Due to the particularity of teacher labor community, teachers'incentive mechanism plays a very important part in incentive system。Before, a lot of scholars have done many in-depth researches on this subject in different angels. In this paper I choose the motivational problem of teachers in demonstrative middle school as an entry point. In Aug.1983, Ministry of education issued the documents about further improve the teaching quality of the middle school. In this document, it is proposed to make the middle school fully implement the Party's education policy, improve the education quality and make more experimental and demonstrative middle school. It is proposed to make the school gradually become education activities and scientific research center. From then on, the establishment of experimental and demonstrative middle school started. In Aug.1999, in order to implement the CCPC and the state council's policy on deepening education reform and promoting all-round quality education, Ministry of education issued some suggestion on actively promoting education development in middle school stage. This document Once again stressed that provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions should strengthen the construction of demonstrative middle school, expanding enrolment, in order to improve the education level of the people in the 21st century. In nationwide create a boom on establishing demonstrative middle schools. With the concept of demonstrative middle school becoming more and more popular, demonstrative middle school's teachers has its characteristics of incentive from ordinary high school's teachers. Under this background, this paper begins with the related literatures review and theoretical analysis on teachers'motivation. And makes an empirical analysis on the basis of the fully demonstration the different incentive problem of demonstrative middle school and ordinary high school. Meanwhile I use the specialized statistical software for social science to make structure classification and statistic analysis on the result. Finally, based on the above analysis, I concluded an incentive mode about the demonstrative middle school teachers.
