Based On The "Cloud Services" Entrepreneurship Training (SIYB) The Effectiveness Of Research

The laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises, the new labor force, and the rural surplus labor are three major employment problems in China.Besides,the global financial crisis has had a great impact on the employment.Now,people pay close attention to the solution of the current unemployment and the promotion of social harmony and stableness. The strategy put forward by the CPC in the 17th NCCPC,which aims at improving the employment through establishing enterprises, adapts to the requirements of social development and provides a new way to solve the unemployment. In addition, with the development of information technology, there are more opportunities for trainers who provide service for people carving out careers. So the careers teachers should improve the quality of the training to ease the employment and promote the development of economy.We aim at combining the"cloud services" with the SIYB training to satisfy the trainers and the trainees. we have projected the SIYB training curriculums based on Google site, taking example by blog, E-mail,Moodle, WIKI.It is designed to expound the framework and functions of the SIYB curriculums. On top of this, we have made scientific researches on the efficiency of the SIYB training based on"cloud services"in six months. During the study, two groups were tested before and after the tests, using Excel 2007 and SPSS13.0 for data entry, collation and analysis. We used the single-sample T test(One-Sample Statistics) and independent samples T-test(independent Samples Test), to compare the control group and the experimental group before and after the tests.Then,through further analysis. We obtained their sleekness and kurtosis as well as the normal distribution curve. At the same time, the success rate of entrepreneurship of the control group and experimental group were compared. The efficiency of SIYB is better than traditional training.We also perfected the original courses of the SIYB entrepreneurship training network model through lots of experiments, applied the new network courses and carried out a secondary iterative refinement process, According to the data, The final experiment results show that the SIYB entrepreneurship training courses meet the needs of teachers and students and we have obtained a good training effect. It offers an experience for other trainers ,forming a Zhangjiagang characteristics SIYB entrepreneurship training model, with a certain application value.
