| In Contemporary China Sports facility construction is still at preliminary development stage. Sports facility shortage obviously exists in China. Against this background, how to make rational investment decision becomes an important problem troubled experts all long. As the important base for investment decision-making of construction project, economic evaluation can make decision-making more scientific, standardized and efficient, and avoid or reduce the investment errors. As for large public sports facility, national economic evaluation is the focus of the entire economic evaluation work. Some useful methods and explorations about large public sports facility operation have been proposed. However, the theory study concerned with national economic evaluation of large public sports facility is basically in the blank condition.National economic evaluation of large public sports facility as study object, based on the deep analysis to traditional national economic evaluation for general construction project, this thesis tries to put forward national economic evaluation method and evaluation index system to be specially applied to large public sports facility.The thesis consists of three sectionsSection 1: The context of the thesis is set forth, and the important concepts are defined, so as to build a valuable theoretical knowledge chain.Section 2: According to the theoretical analysis and survey data, the necessity of national economic evaluation for large public sports facility is adequately expounded and proved, so as to make the research significance more clear.Section 3: Based on the national economic evaluation method for general construction project, this thesis puts forward a new method "comprehensive benefit- net investment" which is fit for national economic evaluation of large public sports facility. After having interview with many experts, this thesis sets up index system of large public sports facility national economic comprehensive benefit, which has been preliminarily demonstrated. The AHP method is used to define the coefficient of valuation target system appropriately. A case is analyzed by fuzzy mathematical model, which proves the feasibility a of evaluation method. |
