In order to enhance the students'scientific accomplishment, chemical experiment teaching in senior middle school plays an important role in the new reformation of basic education courses. This paper aims at solving some problems such as'why chemical experiment teaching can't achieve the anticipated result of the teachers?','what difficult the teachers meet during chemical experiment teaching process?','how are the feeling about chemical experiment teaching?',so the study based on the compulsory chemistry One of senior middle school, applies qualitative research, and through the methods of field experiments, information analysis, observation, interview and investigation, to describe the chemical experiment teaching, to achieve the main subjective factors that influence the new course teaching, so to let the chemical experimental teaching more effective and apply some experimental analysis for chemical teachers.In studying, we found that there are some problems in applying teaching of the compulsory chemistry One of senior high school: (1) there are still some distance between teaching resources and teaching demands; (2) the school's whole evaluation system need to be perfect, the school shorts of the management and evaluation system in experimental teaching; (3) the chemical teachers self quality need to be improved, the teachers neglect the function of experiments, for they pay more attention to"exam-oriented education"; (4) the content of experiment teaching is still very academic, so it can't adapt modern education; (5) the methods of experiment teaching are old and single; (6) the action of teachers'haven't changed at all in applying experiment teaching; (7) student-oriented teaching can't exerted ideally, and the evaluation of experiment teaching is not high.It proved that the most resistance in chemical experiment teaching comes from the management and evaluation system, so in restrict of management and evaluation system, chemical experiment has been the subordination in"exam-oriented education". Only reform and improve the educational idea and system in every school, and to establish the educational management and evaluation for"subject development", so the status of"exam-oriented education"can be changed. Another factor that influences middle school chemical experiment teaching is the short of experimental sources. Pay more attention to experiment teaching, and encourage teachers develop all kinds of sources of experiment teaching, this let chemical experiment teaching apply more smoothly and more effective. In addition, based on modern status in experiment, the writer thought teachers'training and the change of training pattern can make chemical experiment teaching more smoothly. The effective training can promote teachers'mind to become newer, can raise teacher's educational ability, can change the educational action, so this can let teachers improve.
