| For most secondary vocational schools, language teaching is currently facing the main confusion which is that students are not interested in studying, yet teachers can't feel satisfied and then feel bored to teach. Language teaching is more likely a task than an interest for both teachers and students. And that makes a vicious circle - no effective teaching and learning together. To change this situation, the best way is not expecting students to love studying themselves, but should be proactive teachers changing their teaching ideas, constantly improving lesson preparation awareness, improving the ability to enhance lesson preparation and ultimately to promote effective teaching. This paper starts with the connotation of teachers preparing lessons, explores in lesson planning capability and the relationship between effecti ve teachings. We hope to arouse the language teachers preparing lessons enthusiasm, to help teachers get the right attitude, to strengthen basic skills of training, education and scientific research, to strengthen awareness of teachers'value. We hope the Sino-level languages specialized service functions can be fully exploited by then.In the course of writing, I, as a part-time teaching and researching staff, frequently visited various secondary vocational schools to observe some good teachers classes, interviewed lots of language teachers to know how they improve language teaching and what their teaching strategies are, those teachers have lots of experience, and they are very famous such as ZHONG Qi-quan, Yu Yi, Li Town, Liu Jinghai, WEI Shu-sheng, Qian Magnum, CHENG Hongbing.In this paper, you can also see some real cases for studying the details of teaching field and for finding some potential problems.With the support and help from my coworkers, I'm doing a great job on my survey. And I think the enthusiasm of language teachers in preparing lessons is being increased, the classroom teaching effectiveness is being improved. |
