Research In Leisure Values And Leisure Behavior Of Chengdu Citizens

With the rapid development of society and the improvement of the people's life, leisure activities have become an indispensable part in the lives of citizens. At present, the legal holidays are up to 114days about the citizens of city towns in our country, which means that people can spend their one third of a year on holiday. Chenddu is a city that has excellent leisure environment and resources.this paper sets the city of Chengdu as a sample, and is based on the leisure values and leisure behaviors of Chengdu citizens as study targets. By learning the researches of domestic and foreign leisure activities, the author does the research in the orientation of leisure value, leisure behavior, the feature and some problems and influences. The author hopes that the research can do good to the leisure values and the feature and difference of leisure behaviors.The research is fully based on the many literatures and interviews, and it puts forward to the concept model about the above two points, makes the elementary test paper. After analyzing the exploratory factors, the formal test paper has been made. The author seriously analyzes confirmatory factors of the formal test paper, does the surveys on the validity of the paper, and analyzes the features, differences, and the relationship between the values and features.The survey shows that:(1) the two test paper have good validities that meet the measurement of psychology demands, which can be made as t he measurement tools of the leisure values and behaviors.(2) the leisure values can be classified into 7 parts:self-improvement, finding yourself, human relationship, social development, self-risk, and healthy mind. The leisure behaviors can be categorized into 7 parts:recreation of human communication, positive recreation, recreation of cultivating sentiments, creational sports, recreation, outdoors recreation and indoor recreation.(3) There are some differences among gender,age and education levels of leisure valures and behaviors in Chengdu citizens.(4) the leisure values and behaviors have apparently relationship which is accord to hypothesis.
